How a listing is made

Every listing is built from two sources: your product data and your niche's data. Nothing is made up.

  1. Sources: your data first

    We read your product data or product data file (PIM) first, then your webshop, then Amazon. Every product claim keeps its source.

    Only claims we can back up go into the listing. We don't write a material, certification, origin, size or feature your data doesn't support.

    Not on Amazon yet? Then we build the listing from your webshop or your product data file.

  2. Market data: what buyers search for and ask about

    Per niche we analyse search terms and competitor listings, plus what buyers praise and complain about in reviews.

    That sets the order in the title and bullets: first what buyers in your niche search for and ask about.

  3. Onboarding: your brand, your rules

    At the start we set for your brand:

    • Font and colours
    • Logo placement
    • Form of address: informal or formal
    • Words and topics that never appear
    • Statements per country of origin

    They apply to every listing.

  4. Checked before delivery

    Rules at four levels check every listing automatically: marketplace, brand, niche and product.

    A product that fails a check is held back and not delivered.

  5. Sign-off: copy first, then images

    The copy is signed off before any image is made: by you or by us.

  6. Images: your product, unchanged

    We build the images from your own product photos, as cut-outs.

    The product is never rotated, mirrored, recoloured or altered.

    Infographics carry only facts we can back up.

  7. Delivery

    All in one Excel file, ready to upload.

    The delivery time counts from when onboarding is complete.

Limits

What if our product data is thin or wrong?

Then the listing is thin too. A listing is only as good as the data behind it, because we don't make up what's missing.

Do variants need their own photos?

Yes. Every variant needs its own photos.

Do you show products there are no photos of?

No. We don't show products we have no photos of.
